The upcoming busy Labor Day weekend almost officially marks the end of summer! September is the last time this year, I have the opportunity to celebrate the great ingredients that the bounty of hot summer months yields – those juicy peaches and fresh berries, sun ripe juice bursting tomatoes and a multitude of fresh catch.
I have designed a prix fixe four course menu that exploits the freshest and most local ingredients that summer has to offer for the last time. The seasonal menu will last for a full week at the end of September. Of course our regular dining menu will be available for those that need their Kobe Beef Burger fix. The menu is posted on both our website and FaceBook under the “Events” tab.
It will be my “so long to summer...” as we head into fall…
